I'm a private college & career counselor for students entering junior high all the way through young adults entering the workforce/college/trade school/military. My background is in teaching & business as I have worked for over 5 years in the public school system, 3 years as a college English and Business professor, and over 15 years in business. I believe I bring 2 superpowers to the table, the first being essay and letter editing for college applications, scholarship applications, financial aid appeal letters, and general correspondence. My second super power is my financial knowledge of how the FAFSA/CSS Profile, award letters, scholarships/loans/grants and tax implications all fall together. Overall I believe I am quite easy to work with in that I am reachable nearly any time or day of the week, and I will work directly with your student or the whole family, whichever makes you feel more comfortable. I counsel students and families nationwide via phone, text, messaging, and sending docs back and forth through Google Docs sharing.
